Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order Cancellations:
We understand that plans can change, here we offer a one-hour cancellation window after order confirmation. During this period, you can cancel your order directly from your CUDSY account dashboard.
If you cancel within this window, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed. Please note that due to non-refundable charges by our payment processors, a small amount (3.3% of your total payment) will be deducted from your refund. This includes a 1.95% payment gateway fee (plus 18% GST) and a 1% Handling charge. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days, though processing by your bank may extend this to up to 7 business days.
Understanding the 3.3% deduction:
This 3.3% deduction covers fixed transaction fees charged by our payment partners Razorpay / Phoneope Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable to us when an order is canceled, so we are unable to include them in your refund. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Post-Shipment Cancellations:
Once we ship your order, we cannot cancel it. This policy is in place to ensure that your order reaches you without delays and complications in transit.
Refund Process and Timeline:
Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days from receiving a cancellation request. After initiation, funds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 24-48 business hours. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take an additional 3-4 business days to reflect in your account.
As an added convenience, CUDSY also offers refunds through coupons, which you can redeem on future purchases.
Orders Paid with Discount Vouchers:
Please note that discount vouchers are single-use only. If you cancel an order that was paid for using a voucher, the voucher will be marked as used and cannot be reissued for future orders.
