Domestic Shipping Policy for CUDSY :

  • Processing and Delivery: Orders will be processed once the 1-hour cancellation window closes. Standard delivery typically takes 4-5 business days, though it may extend to 7-10 days based on location and accessibility.
  • OTP and Delivery Verification: Ensure you receive the parcel before sharing the OTP with the delivery person, as CUDSY is not liable for packages left undelivered once the OTP is provided without receiving the parcel.
  • Missing Items: If any item is missing, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unpacking video as evidence.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Shipping Costs and Returns: Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping charges if they wish to return an item.
  • Free Shipping: Free delivery on orders above Rs.999 only
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check the shipping address. CUDSY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
  • Multiple Packages: Large orders may arrive in multiple packages, each with potentially different delivery times. Please check the order tracking page for updates.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to our facility, additional freight charges may apply, payable by the customer.
  • Tamper-Proof Packaging: All products are securely packed. If the package appears tampered with, do not accept it, as delivery acceptance implies it arrived intact, making it ineligible for refund or exchange.
  • Delayed Deliveries: External factors such as weather or strikes may impact delivery timelines. Please use the "Track my order" feature for updates.

International Shipping Policy for CUDSY:

  • Processing and Shipping: International orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via DHL. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
  • Customs and Import Fees: Import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We advise you to review your country’s import regulations, as these fees are not included in CUDSY's shipping charges. If customs fees are not paid, the order will be returned to us, and a refund (minus any incurred charges) will be processed.
  • Delivery Times: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 days post-dispatch. Customs clearance may cause delays, and CUDSY is not responsible for such hold-ups.
  • Tracking and Contact: Tracking details will be shared via your registered email once the order is ready for dispatch. Couriers may attempt to contact you before delivery, and if unavailable, may leave the package at your doorstep.
  • Liability for Loss: CUDSY is committed to ensuring safe delivery; however, we hold limited liability for any transit losses. Any issues should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, with video evidence of the unboxing.
  • Return and Replacement Policy: There is no return or replacement option for international orders, so please check all size guides carefully before ordering.
  • Payment Requirements: Only international cards with 3D Secure are accepted. Customers may need to enable 3D Secure or use a compatible card.
