Exchange & Return Policy
CUDSY Exchange & Return Policy :
- Eligibility for Exchange/Replacement: We accept requests for exchange or replacement only if products arrive with damages or manufacturing defects. Items must be unwashed, unused, and have the original tags intact.
- Request Window: Replacement requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items upon arrival and notify us immediately if any defects, damage, or incorrect items are found, so we can promptly address the issue.
- Exclusions and Conditions: Requests made beyond the 24-hour window cannot be accepted.Replacement processing is contingent on the original item passing a quality check to confirm it is unused, unwashed, and has tags intact. Items purchased on sale are ineligible for returns or replacements.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: To process a replacement request, an unboxing video of the product is mandatory.
- Returnable Items: We can only accept returns of complete items. Items sold as sets, multipacks, or combos are considered a single item and must be returned as such; partial returns are not allowed.
