We retain the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change or modify these Terms. All modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. We will let you know if an item is out of stock and, if payment has already been made, provide a complete refund or an alternate option.   Product Colours: Depending on your monitor’s settings, the colours of our products may show differently on your screen. We are unable to ensure that the colours will accurately depict the real products.

5. Orders and Payments

You are offering to buy the goods chosen under these terms when you place an order through our website. We will let you know whether your order has been accepted or declined, but we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.   Pricing: All prices may be subject to taxes, shipping costs, and other charges; they are shown in Rupees. Although prices are subject to change at any time, previously made orders will not be impacted.   Payment Methods: We take payments using UPI, netbanking, debit and credit cards, and more. You consent to giving us valid payment details and give us permission to charge the whole order amount to the payment method of your choice. Order Confirmation: An email containing your order details will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed. Your order has not been accepted based on this confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

For both domestic and international delivery, we provide a range of shipping choices. At checkout, shipping costs and expected delivery times will be displayed. Shipping Policy: Our goal is to process and ship every item as soon as we can. However, depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and the product’s availability, delivery times could change. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Delivery Delays: Any delays brought on by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or uncontrollable situations are not Cudsy Wear’ responsibility.  

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging within 24hours of receipt. We do not accept returns for sale or clearance items. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.  

8. Promotions and Discounts

Certain terms and limitations apply to these offers, and we reserve the right to change or terminate them at any moment without giving you advance notice. Coupon Codes: The discount will only be applied if the promo code is properly entered at the time of checkout. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Any failure or delay in fulfilling our responsibilities under these Terms that results from circumstances outside of our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions—will not subject Cudsy Wear to liability.
